Dyson V15 Warranty Repair Denied Over Oxidation
I purchased a Dyson V15 upright vacuum cleaner and it has not even been two years since I bought it, so the warranty period is still continuing. Despite this, I was told that there is oxidation on the device and that I have to pay for the repair, which I find completely unacceptable. Two days ago I contacted Dyson service regarding this issue and instead of providing a solution under warranty, they requested a fee due to oxidation. I do not understand how such a problem can be considered outside the warranty when the product is still under warranty and has been used normally. I request that my Dyson V15 vacuum be repaired or the necessary action be taken free of charge under warranty and that I am not charged for a fault that has arisen in this period. If a solution is not provided, I am considering sharing my negative experience on various platforms.
