The clip on my Dyson V10 vacuum cleaner is stuck and won’t press down, so I’m unable to empty the vacuum and can’t use it at all right now. The product’s warranty has expired, and I’m wondering how my grievance will be resolved in this case. I don’t understand what I could have done to damage the clip, and I tried very hard to open it without success. I have always handled the vacuum with care and followed the instructions in the manual. It’s quite strange that this issue occurred right after the warranty period ended. It makes me question the durability and long-term reliability of Dyson products.
