Dyson Upright Vacuum Cracked After Less Than 2 Years and Warranty Blamed Me for It

I am very dissatisfied with my Dyson upright vacuum cleaner. The vacuum cracked less than two years after purchase, and its performance has diminished. After sending it in for warranty repair, they accused me of dropping the vacuum, which I did not. I paid a lot for this thing, and now they want 4,500 ₺ to repair it. Despite my repeated denial, the warranty staff claims the crack was caused by a fall. They said the vacuum would be returned without repairs if I didn't pay. I expected Dyson-quality durability and service. I regret my purchase after this experience.
