Dyson Refused Replacement For The Broken Product

I have been using my Dyson vacuum cleaner for almost five years in Edremit, Balıkesir, Türkiye. Today, while vacuuming under normal home conditions, the pneumatic musclehead floor brush suddenly broke. I believe this happened because the part is not durable enough to meet the expected performance and usage life for a Dyson product. I have the serial number of the device as VK6-EU-PK0633A and I can provide photos and video clearly showing the broken pneumatic musclehead floor brush. I did not misuse the device and was using it in a standard way on household floors when the damage occurred. Considering Dyson’s quality standards and the fact that the failure arose from the brush part itself, I kindly request a free replacement of the pneumatic musclehead floor brush compatible with my vacuum cleaner. I expect support so that I can continue using the product properly and without additional cost arising from a part failure.
