I recently purchased a replacement motorhead attachment for my Dyson vacuum cleaner. When it arrived, I was shocked to see that it was a cheap, dangerous knock-off that bears no resemblance to the original Dyson product.

Here are the issues with the replacement attachment:

Poor quality: The plastic is flimsy and feels like it could break easily. The bristles are also very soft and don't seem like they would be effective at cleaning.
Safety hazard: The wires inside the attachment are exposed, which could be a fire hazard.
Missing features: The replacement attachment doesn't have the same features as the original Dyson attachment, such as the adjustable teeth and the ability to adjust the height of the brush roll.

I am very disappointed with this product and I am requesting a refund. I will not be buying any more Dyson products in the future.

After waiting for months, look at the product that arrived. We have other Dyson products in our home, but if I had known that they wouldn't stand behind their products after selling them, I would never have bought it. Try attaching the product you sent to your V15s and see if anyone will buy the V15. I absolutely do not accept this; if I wanted to vacuum with this attachment, I would have bought a vacuum cleaner from A101. Despite waiting for minutes on the phone, I can't reach anyone; what a disgrace. Either send me the original attachment or take your vacuum back. Don't mock people.
