Dyson Vacuum Order Delivery and Payment Confusion



Last week, I made a purchase for a vacuum cleaner on dyson.com and paid for it using my credit card. I got an email saying my order was confirmed, but they still haven't sent it out. They're saying it's not showing up in their system. I've been reaching out to them repeatedly, patiently waiting for a response, but my concern still hasn't been addressed. It's been a week and my order still hasn't been processed. Is this my issue? The payment has already been made. They continue to promise a response, but they're needlessly prolonging the process for an extended period of time.

It's been 10 days. No progress. Dyson neither sent the product nor refunded my money. It is extremely difficult to reach customer service by phone. Dyson is the perfect example of the phrase "being disgraced with your own money." Definitely do not buy Dyson. I experienced it firsthand.

Dyson has not responded for 3 days.

If you have money to throw away, buy Dyson.
