Dyson DC24 Ballroot Cyclone Head Motor Warranty Issue

I've got a Dyson DC24 Ballroot Cyclone, serial number 532-EU-R01263, purchased brand new, boxed, and invoiced from Hepsiburada on March 26, 2020. Now, its crucial component, the motor in the head, is on the fritz, and the warranty has expired.
When I approached Dyson for support, hoping to purchase the needed part at my expense, they informed me that they couldn't assist with a four-year-old invoiced product. They claimed it dates back to 2013, stating accessories and spare parts are no longer available. However, companies are obligated to provide paid services or parts throughout the product's expected lifespan.
Given my background working at a Berner-authorized service, I know companies are obliged to offer these services. Instead, Dyson suggested I buy a new product they're phasing out, offering a mere 25% discount. I found the required head in France, but Dyson Turkey insists it's unavailable here.
I urgently request the resolution of my predicament. Any similar experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Nothing was done and Dyson company did not take care of it. Believe me, despite requesting it with a regret fee, they did not provide me with the product.
Thanks to you, I threw the machine away and bought a Bosch.
