BGMI Account 10 Year Ban

I am writing regarding my BGMI account, which has been banned for an excessively long duration without, in my opinion, a fair reason. My in‑game nickname is “AYxxAbhishekOP” and my account ID is 55503002575. When I try to log in, I receive a notice stating that my account has violated the rules and is banned until 18/09/2036, which means effectively a 10‑year ban. I have been using this account for about 3 years and I have never knowingly used any cheats, hacks, illegal tools or third‑party applications that could give me an unfair advantage. I play the game normally on my iQOO Neo 10R device and have invested a lot of time, effort and dedication into improving my gameplay and maintaining this account. Because of this, I strongly believe that this ban is either a mistake or the result of an incorrect detection by your system. I kindly request that you re‑check all available logs and data related to my account and conduct a detailed manual review of this ban decision. If there is no clear and valid evidence of cheating or any serious rule violation, I respectfully ask you to remove the ban on my account and restore my access so that I can continue playing BGMI. If you believe there is a specific violation linked to my account, I request that you share clear information about it with me so I can understand what happened and avoid any similar situation in the future. I expect a prompt review of my case and a positive resolution so that I can continue using my BGMI account, to which I am very attached and on which I have spent considerable time.
