Dyson Customer Service Rejected Return Request
On March 28, 2024, I made a purchase on the Dyson website and received my order the very next day. On April 8, I made a phone call and discovered that their operating hours are limited to weekdays during office hours. On April 9, I sent an email, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any response. Today, I reached out to customer service to inquire about a return, but they informed me that the return period has expired. Unfortunately, returns are not accepted during the Ramadan holiday. This behavior is not up to par for a well-regarded company such as Dyson.
