Dyson is a Problem-focused Company

Stay away from the Dyson brand. We're talking about a company that sells expensive products but doesn't deliver quality. I've been waiting for parts for 8 months. They've even exceeded the product's warranty period and still haven't sent me the parts. Despite winning a case in consumer court, they persist in the same manner. Even after causing me so much trouble, I asked them to at least replace the product, but they still refused. Thank you very much for standing behind your product, a company that seems to prefer creating problems over providing solutions. My V15 model product isn't old; you still produce and sell it, yet you don't send parts, rendering the product unusable. Authorities, please offer solutions, not problems.
