Dyson 5th Generation Vacuum's Wheel Broke Within a Month
I bought the latest model of Dyson's vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately, after only a month, the wheel on the main head broke. After reaching out to Dyson customer service, they promptly confirmed that they would be sending a replacement part. Even after waiting for a whole month, the part never showed up. After my second interaction, they strongly recommended that I send the product in for servicing. Nevertheless, I declined this offer. I am not happy with the service I received for a product I bought at a significant price.
