Unauthorized Charge from Duolingo – No Notification Before Renewal
I subscribed to Duolingo on an annual plan, and I was assured that I would receive a notification before the renewal. However, my account was charged without any prior notice. I have since canceled my subscription and am requesting a full refund of my money. I couldn’t find any contact number to speak to someone directly about this issue. I need assistance in getting my refund processed as soon as possible. Please help resolve this matter urgently!
