I Face Unauthorized $83 Charge From Duolingo for Annual Subscription
Duolingo charged me $83 without my knowledge and activated an annual subscription. I wasn’t informed or asked for confirmation before the payment was made. I haven’t been able to reach anyone to address this issue.
I’m requesting a full refund of this unauthorized charge. I’ve also noticed that other users have experienced similar problems in the past. I’d like to know what steps were taken in those cases and whether refunds were issued. I’m waiting for your response and hope this matter can be resolved quickly.
