DS Damat Suitcase Wheel Breaks on First Trip

I bought a large suitcase from the DS Damat Optimum store, and the wheel broke on its first trip, causing me great inconvenience. Upon returning, I submitted the suitcase for inspection, but they claimed it was not covered under warranty and returned the broken suitcase to me. When purchasing, the sales representative assured me that it had a 2-year warranty covering everything and even jumped on it to prove its durability. If the warranty doesn't cover the wheel, what does it cover? It's outrageous to sell such poor-quality products without proper support. My relationship with DS Damat is over, and I do not recommend their suitcases to anyone.
