Dream11 Not Crediting My ₹30 Lakh Contest Winnings After Fast Rank Victory

I am writing to report that I won ₹30 lakh on Dream11 on March 8, 2026, through a Fast Rank contest, but the winning amount has still not been credited to my account.

According to the results shown in the contest, I achieved a winning rank, yet the prize money has not been transferred to my bank account as expected. I have not yet contacted Dream11 customer support about this issue, but I am very concerned because such a large amount is still pending despite the win being clearly displayed.

I expected the ₹30 lakh prize money to be transferred to my bank account linked with Dream11, but no credit has been received so far.

I request that my ₹30 lakh Dream11 winnings from March 8, 2026 be urgently reviewed and that the prize money be credited to my bank account without further delay, or that I receive a clear written explanation explaining why the payment has not yet been processed.
