Dream11 Deleted My Contest Entry After I Won and Refused to Pay My Prize
After winning a Dream11 contest, I was eager to get my prize, but suddenly my involvement was taken off. The contest I entered vanished entirely, and today it seems as though I never entered. I entered several times and obviously saw I won first prize, then all of a sudden my account was erased. When I contacted customer service, I received only evasive and useless answers. They are not honoring the reward money I rightly earned. Dream11 feels like a complete hoax, hence I would advise no one to use it. How can players trust them if they can just wipe contest records and overlook winners? If you wish to save your time and money, stay away from this site.
