Dream11 Hinders My Verification - My Funds Are Stuck

A problem with my Dream11 account is greatly bothering me. My verification didn't work because it said, "Something seems wrong here." The information doesn't match any Dream11 account that already exists. This has put me in a really tough situation. I put a lot of work into this account, and now I can't finish this important stage. I know this difficulty came up when I wanted to take money out, and maybe I didn't completely understand the verification process earlier. I didn't know that starting a withdrawal might cause such a big problem. I just want the verification issue to be fixed so I can go into my account.
