I'm Demanding a Refund After Turkcell Refused to Help With an Accidental Purchase

While using my Turkcell line, I accidentally made an in-app purchase in a game called Dream League Soccer, and this $4 amount was reflected on my bill. I didn't make this purchase intentionally, and since my family was unaware of it, when the situation was discovered, my family reacted negatively toward me, which put me in a really difficult position.
I called Turkcell customer service about this, but they told me this wasn't something they were responsible for and that I needed to continue with however I made the purchase, without offering any help. I later realized that the transaction was made through my phone number and that the charge was added to my bill.
I am requesting that the $4 charge from this accidental in-app purchase be removed from my bill and refunded.
