I Won My Bet But DraftKings Mark As A Lost
On August 29, 2026, I placed a 300 USD table tennis bet on your platform for the match between Michal Gawlas and Maksymilian Miastowski. Despite the final score resulting in my bet being a winning one according to the rules of the market I selected, DraftKings graded the bet as “Lost” under bet ID DK639235913267942936. I immediately contacted your customer support by email and was asked to provide the bet ID and a screenshot of my bet, which I did. After sending all the information requested, I did not receive any further response or explanation, and the bet still remains incorrectly marked as lost. I request that this bet be reviewed again in detail based on the official final result of the match and the relevant market rules, and that the bet be regraded as a win and my rightful winnings paid to my account. I also expect a written explanation of why the bet was initially settled as lost and why my follow-up email was not answered.
