Bronz Baby Bottle Leaking, Return Request Through Ebebek

I purchased a Bronz brand baby bottle from Ebebek. Ebebek told me that they would send the bottle to Bronz and that if the brand approved, they would process my return. I kindly ask the brand to help me and approve the return. As shown in the video, the bottle leaks and could have harmed my baby. A friend of mine also uses the same product and has no issues with it — she was the one who recommended it to me. Unfortunately, the bottle I received has this defect.
