I purchased Diadermine Lift+ Protective Day Cream with SPF 30, expecting high quality from the brand. However, even though I used only a small amount and had no other product on my face, the cream starts peeling off like an eraser. I’m very disappointed because I can’t even use the product I paid for. I researched thoroughly and trusted the brand, but this experience has left me regretting my purchase. I expect an urgent response and resolution regarding this issue.

A brand that doesn't stand behind Diadermin products and doesn't take responsibility for anyone—I don't even think it's right to call it a brand.
