Dexcom ONE Sensor Giving Inaccurate Glucose Readings

Dexcom ONE Sensor Giving Inaccurate Glucose Readings

While using my Dexcom ONE sensor, I have been experiencing significant discrepancies between the glucose readings shown by the device and my finger-stick measurements, along with occasional signal loss issues. Since these problems directly affect my treatment, they pose a potential health risk and have completely undermined my confidence in the product.

Despite these issues, I have not received a replacement sensor or a new product. I am being expected to continue using a sensor that repeatedly produces inaccurate readings and signal problems.

Therefore, I request that the faulty sensor be replaced with a new one or that I receive a full refund for the amount I paid. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible, given how critical this product is for my health.
