Dexcom G7 Shows 70 While Contour Plus Shows 101

We use a Dexcom G7 sensor because my baby has experienced hypoglycemia at a young age. For the past two days, the sensor has been giving inaccurate readings even after calibration. While the sensor shows 70 mg/dL, the Contour Plus blood glucose meter I am using at the same time shows 101 mg/dL. This significant difference is causing serious concern because of its potential impact on my baby’s health.
When I contacted customer service about this issue, they kept sending me the same copy-and-pasted response and did not provide any meaningful assistance. Their approach was extremely unhelpful and disrespectful. I had experienced a similar problem with the device before, and although they replaced it at that time, they then sent me a cheaper version that I had not ordered, forcing me to deal with another return process. After all these problems, I have not seen any meaningful effort to resolve the situation or compensate me for the inconvenience.
For the problem I am experiencing now, I am requesting either a full refund or a new device that works properly. They are telling me that a product will be coming from overseas and that I need to wait for it, but considering my baby’s health condition, I do not want to wait an indefinite amount of time. I kindly request that my complaint be reviewed as quickly as possible and that an appropriate resolution be provided without further delay.
