Detectico App Overcharged My Account Beyond Advertised Price

I'm writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding unexpected charges from the Detectico application. While the app displayed a fee of ₺27, I was shocked to discover that my account was charged ₺500, followed by an additional undisclosed amount.
This discrepancy between the advertised price and the actual charges is alarming and has left me feeling misled and anxious about the security of my financial information. As a user, I expect transparency and accuracy in pricing, especially when it comes to financial transactions.
I am urgently requesting a solution-oriented response from Detectico. I demand a full refund of all charges exceeding the advertised ₺27 fee to be processed as soon as possible.
