Detectico Charged My Card Without Permission and Won't Refund Me

I am writing about unauthorized debits made by the Detectico service from my credit card. I used the Detectico website only once. At the beginning, small amounts were taken from my card, first €2.5 and then several times €1. After some time, Detectico debited much larger amounts without my consent: €40 on 6 May and €28 on 21 May, for a total of €68. I did not authorize these withdrawals, did not agree to such charges, and did not knowingly subscribe to any paid plan for these amounts. I contacted Detectico and provided them with copies of the receipts, including the dates and amounts of the payments, but I have not received any meaningful solution or refund. For me, as a person from Ukraine, €68 is a significant amount of money, and this situation has caused me serious financial and emotional distress. I request that Detectico immediately refund the full amount of €68 that was taken from my credit card without my permission and confirm the cancellation of any subscription or automatic charges linked to my card so that this does not happen again.
