Delta Sonic Car Wash Ruined My Car's Paint Job

I recently moved to Buffalo and decided to try out the Delta Sonic Car Wash on March 28th. I didn't have a membership, so I just opted for a single wash. My car was pretty muddy the day before, and by morning, it had dried and caked onto the car. A blonde male employee in his 30s took my car and drove it through the wash. When I came back after grabbing a coffee about 15 minutes later, I was shocked to find two spots on the rear bumper where the paint had chipped off, revealing scratches underneath. I can swear those weren't there before the wash! The employee insisted he had been very careful and couldn't have caused the damage. The supervisor also backed him up, which was incredibly frustrating. They need to take responsibility and cover the cost of fixing my car! I will be sharing my complaint on social media platforms to warn others.
