Significant FPS Decreases on My Dell G16 7630 Laptop

I bought a Dell G16 7630 laptop from Vatanbilgisayar.com on September 20, 2023, and chose to pick it up at the store. I got the Dell G16 7630 laptop from the Vatan Bilgisayar store. Since day one, I've been having problems with the performance of this laptop. I went to Vatan Bilgisayar on September 24, 2023, and talked to customer service about returning something within 14 days. But I was told that once you open or install a device, you can't return it within this time frame. So, the packaging and installation don't meet the requirements for a 14-day return. I said that there isn't a restriction like that in Turkish consumer protection laws, specifically in Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Based on these laws, you can return or exchange a product you bought within 14 days of receiving it. You don't have to give a reason or face any penalties, as long as you meet the conditions mentioned in the information sheet and contract. But if you've put a SIM card in, connected to Wi-Fi or a network, installed anything, used up any consumables, taken off any protective films, activated it, or created a user account, you won't be able to return electronic products. Also, commercial or business users cannot choose to withdraw or exercise other related rights.

But Vatan Bilgisayar keeps refusing to give me back my laptop, even though I have the right to return it. They also do not offer any assistance. An employee at the customer service of Vatan Bilgisayar branch says they can't accept the return of the product because of legal rules. They say the laptop needs to be sent to the service for inspection. But Dell offers a service where they can connect to your laptop remotely and figure out what's wrong. If they don't find any issues, they won't provide on-site service, which puts me at a disadvantage as a customer. My laptop has an RTX 4070 graphics card that's supposed to be powerful, but when I play games, it doesn't perform as well as I expected. However, the laptop settles at 30 watts after 10 minutes, which causes noticeable drops in FPS.
