Dell Inspiron 15 3511 Persistent Audio Issues Despite Updates

Ever since I got my hands on the Dell Inspiron 15 3511 laptop, I've been encountering some frustrating issues with the sound and speakers. The audio frequently cuts out during the day, which can be quite frustrating.
I reached out to them via email to report the issue, and they attempted to resolve it by performing updates through a remote connection. Unfortunately, the problem still persists. I reached out once more via email, and they performed another remote update, yet the problem persists. I received yet another email, and this time they sent me video links titled "what you can do," which seems quite comical.
I really need some assistance. This matter requires immediate attention.
