Deerma Broken Humidifier and Broken Promises

My experience with İzmir Mavibahçe Baby Mall has been nothing short of a frustrating ordeal. It all began when I purchased a Deerma brand air humidifier from their store. Unfortunately, the humidifier turned out to be defective, which led me to return it to the store for resolution. In a desperate attempt to seek clarity and resolution, I contacted their service department. However, the response I received left me utterly disappointed. The representative on the line brazenly stated, 'It's not our concern; deal with the shipping company.' This entire experience has left me deeply frustrated and dissatisfied as a customer. It's disheartening to think that a store I once trusted to provide quality products and efficient customer service has fallen short on its promises. As a consumer, I expected better treatment and a sense of responsibility, especially after investing my hard-earned money into their products. The lack of accountability and empathy shown by İzmir Mavibahçe Baby Mall is disconcerting, to say the least.
