Decathlon Order Delay, 12 Days Waiting, Nothing Out Yet
placed an order with Decathlon Turkey, waiting for the shipment for the last 12 days. The reference number for my order is TR1558526722. During my conversations with customer service on WhatsApp, they initially assured me that the order would be sent out on the same day it was prepared. But, in the last three times I talked to them, they told me that there's a problem they're trying to fix. found it interesting that a product I bought from Spain arrived at my house in just 13 days. this one, I'm still waiting...an item I purchased in Turkey, no shipment even after 12 days. a domestic order is taking much longer than an international shipment...I hope Decathlon considers this feedback seriously and resolves the delay issue quickly.
