Decathlon - Even The Help Didn't Help!
On May 11, I purchased an Expl 20-inch white children’s mountain bike for ages 6–9 (Rockrider) from Decathlon via the Decathlon website as an online order to my address in Eskisehir, Turkey, with order number TR4194663347. When the product was delivered, I saw that the front wheel of the bicycle was completely missing. I contacted Decathlon about this issue, and later the front wheel was sent to me. However, this time the tire for the front wheel was missing. Receiving the same product with missing parts twice has caused both a serious loss of time and inconvenience for me. When I called customer service, I was informed that the matter would be reviewed, but since customer service does not operate on weekends, it has become even more difficult for me to follow up the process and get a result. At the moment, I still do not have the missing tire for the front wheel, and I cannot use the bicycle at all. I kindly request that the missing tire for the front wheel of the bicycle be sent to me as soon as possible, without any additional charge, and that my grievance caused by this process be resolved.
