I had requested a 'cooling ice bag' product from the Kayseri store and went to the Metromall Decathlon store to purchase it. However, on the day I arrived and confirmed with the friend on the phone, I was informed that the product had been sold. The store employee mentioned that the product, which had been set aside by another staff member, had been sold. Trusting the employees, I made the trip from Bolu to collect my item, only to face such a disappointing situation. This is truly an embarrassing incident.
