Decathlon Black Hat Faded and Wore Out After Short Use
I purchased a Decathlon branded black hat via Trendyol for ₺595 with the order number 11358140836. I have been using the hat for a very short time and it has already faded in the sun and the fabric has worn in several areas, which I do not find acceptable in terms of quality. I am requesting either a full refund or an exchange with a new and fault-free product. I kindly ask you to examine the product, as the rapid color fading and wear under normal use clearly indicates a quality issue, and to resolve my grievance as soon as possible.
