There appears to be a color change made during production in the Deborah 00 BB Cream. I was very satisfied with the first product I purchased from the store, but when I bought the same shade for the second time, I noticed that the tone was different even though the shade number was the same. When I pointed this out to the store staff, I was told that “there may have been a color change.”
At the same time, I purchased a third one, and I encountered the same issue again.
They definitely do not have a proper customer service system. When I contacted them via WhatsApp, I only received a generic, scripted response. They told me, “We accept returns of products you didn’t like,” but we don’t buy products just because we like the packaging—we continue buying a product because we are satisfied with what’s inside.
If there were testers available for your products, you might be able to give such responses. As a brand that is still relatively new in Turkey, experiencing inconsistency in product shades and receiving inadequate customer service has been very disappointing.
