DarkOrbit Reset My Account and Erased All Paid Upgrades After Break

I’ve been a member of DarkOrbit since 2011 and invested real money into upgrading my account with gear and special features. After taking a break for a few years, I returned to find all my upgrades and purchased items reset to zero. Despite reaching out to DarkOrbit's support team, no resolution was provided. Taking a break shouldn’t mean losing everything I paid for. I demand the restoration of all the upgrades and purchases I made on my account.
