Deposit Payment Pending

I have a Dafabet account with the username “Kishore8***” and I am using the service from India. On 31/05/2026 at 11:18 PM IST, I deposited 20,000 INR into my Dafabet sports account via UPI, using the UPI details provided by Dafabet for their vendor/partner under the name Mostak A***. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Dafabet account. After noticing that the deposit did not appear in my Dafabet balance, I immediately contacted Dafabet support on 31/05/2026 and raised a ticket, which is recorded under ticket number #981425. I shared my bank statement and the UTR details as proof that the payment was completed from my side. However, the only response I keep receiving is a standard message stating that they are “yet to secure the amount and checking with the payments team,” and this has been repeated for a long time without any real progress or clear explanation. The customer support experience has been extremely disappointing, as they only repeat the same template response and do not provide any concrete timeline, escalation, or direct contact with the payments team to resolve the issue. My funds of 20,000 INR are stuck even though the payment was successfully processed from my bank. I request that Dafabet urgently resolve this issue by locating and crediting my 20,000 INR deposit to my Dafabet account or by processing the necessary correction, and in addition, I expect appropriate compensation for the significant delay and inconvenience caused.
