Bumpy Subscription Cancellation Ignored And App Store Blocked


I cancelled my paid Bumpy subscription in the App Store on 11 May. Despite this, the system continues to create payment requests for this subscription. I do not want to use this application anymore and I am not going to pay for it, but I keep receiving repeated attempts to charge me. Because of these repeated billing attempts, I cannot update or install other applications from the App Store, as the system constantly shows a payment problem related to Bumpy. No money has been debited after 11 May, but the unsuccessful attempts and payment error block normal use of my Apple account. I request that the Bumpy subscription in the App Store be finally and completely cancelled, that any further billing attempts be stopped, and that the restriction that prevents me from updating or installing other applications due to this payment problem be removed.
