Cybex Twist S 2 Backrest Malfunction - One Side Stuck

I have an issue with the backrest of the Cybex Twist S 2. One part folds, but the other side is stuck, while the other side works perfectly fine. It seems to be stuck from the inside, and there are no screws to check the mechanism internally. I have tried various methods to fix it, but nothing has worked.
