Cybex Fails to Supply Replacement Wheels for Pockit Stroller for Months
The wheels on our Cybex Pockit stroller, purchased from Opera Istanbul, deteriorated over time during normal, everyday use. There was no misuse on our part, yet the severe wear on the wheels makes it impossible to use the stroller safely.
When we contacted representatives for a solution, they informed us that the wheels needed replacement. However, despite checking stock every month since June, we were repeatedly told throughout June, July, and August that the wheels remain out of stock, with no concrete resolution offered.
It is completely unacceptable that wheels—one of the most essential replacement parts for a stroller—have been out of stock for months. Leaving an entire stroller unusable just because the wheels wore down, effectively forcing the consumer to buy a brand-new stroller, is neither logical nor fair.
I demand that Cybex and Opera Istanbul promptly provide compatible Libelle replacement wheels for our Pockit stroller and resolve the frustration we have experienced throughout this process.
