CVwizard Subscription Cancelled But Charged

47

I had a monthly subscription with CVwizard, which I cancelled last month. Despite cancelling, an amount of R299.99 was still taken from my Capitec Bank account, and I am requesting that this money be refunded as soon as possible. I have already contacted CVwizard customer service about this issue, and they informed me that they need a screenshot of the payment and my credit card numbers. I find it concerning that I am being charged after cancellation, and I would like this wrongful charge to be reviewed and fully refunded to my account without further delay. I am ready to share the necessary proof of payment securely through your official channels if needed, but I kindly ask that my refund of R299.99 be processed immediately and that my subscription remains cancelled so that no further amounts are deducted.
