CVwizard Charged Me Twice Without Notice and I Want Refund

I am writing regarding my CV Wizard QCV builder subscription, which has been billed twice within a short period, and I am requesting a full refund for the duplicate charge. I was charged 299.00 via my Nedbank card on 24 January 2026 and again on 27 March 2026 for the same subscription, even though I had not knowingly agreed to multiple or repeated payments in this period. These charges were taken from my account linked to the email address johns***[email protected]. I only noticed that I had been billed twice within about three months, which I find unacceptable, as I did not receive any clear explanation or prior notice that such recurring charges would occur in this way. Up to this point I have not yet contacted CV Wizard or Nedbank directly; this complaint is my first formal attempt to resolve the issue. I kindly request that the 299.00 that was taken as the additional or unintended charge be fully refunded to my account and that my subscription and future billing be clarified so that this does not happen again.
