On 28/12/2025, an amount of 293.63 was reserved on my MyZaka Visa card in Botswana for a purchase at “CV Wizard Amsterdam”. I did not authorize this payment, I have never agreed to any transaction with this merchant, and I have not received any service in return. The transaction appeared on my account on 28/12/2025 at 03:36:36 with transaction ID 89841400. After noticing this unauthorized transaction, I contacted MyZaka customer service. I was informed that I should visit and fill in some forms, and that it might be related to online purchases. Since I did not approve any such purchase and I am concerned about the security of my card, I would like this transaction to be treated as fraudulent. I kindly request that the reserved amount of 293.63 be cancelled and refunded to my account as soon as possible, and that my card be checked and secured against any further unauthorized transactions.
