CV Wizard Subscription Charged Without My Consent

Today I was charged 19 dollars by CV Wizard through Google Play without my consent. I did not knowingly start or approve any paid subscription or purchase, so I consider this transaction unauthorized. After noticing the charge, I tried to reach support, but I have not received any response so far. This situation makes me feel unsafe about my account and payment information. I kindly request a full refund of the 19 dollars and the cancellation of any active subscription or paid plan that may have been started without my clear approval.
