Refund Payment From Amsterdam NLD CVMAKER.Com
I recently discovered a charge of 1,587.81 Philippine pesos on my Atome credit account from a service related to “Amsterdam NLD CV Maker / CVMaker.com”, which I did not clearly expect or consent to be billed in this way. The fee appeared on my credit account bill on June 6, 2026 and was automatically charged without my clear awareness that I would be billed this amount. After seeing the charge, I searched on Google for “Amsterdam NLD CV Maker.com” and used the website I found to fill out a cancellation form for my subscription. I submitted the cancellation there in order to stop any further charges. Despite this, the payment of 1,587.81 pesos has already been taken from my account. I am requesting a full refund of the 1,587.81 pesos that has been charged and I want my CV maker subscription to be completely cancelled so that there will be no more future charges to my Atome credit account. I ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that written confirmation of the cancellation and refund be provided.
