I did not intend to continue this subscription and was surprised to see this fee taken from my account. The transaction reference number for this payment is 356016250585659. After noticing the charge, I sent multiple emails to Cv maker customer support, but I have not received any reply or assistance so far. The lack of response is very frustrating and makes it difficult for me to resolve this issue. I request that this unwanted subscription be cancelled immediately and that the full amount of 101.37 MYR be refunded to my original payment method. I also ask for written confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be made to my account.
