CvMaker- Subscription Cancellation And Refund Request
I have been using a monthly subscription with CvMaker, mainly for a short period of about one week, after which I no longer needed the service. Despite this, on 25.05.2025 at 07:20:55, a new subscription fee of 339.68 Turkish liras was charged to my card in Turkey, because I forgot to cancel the subscription on time. I did not intend to continue using CvMaker for a new month and did not use the service after that first week. When I noticed the charge, I contacted CvMaker customer support and clearly explained that I had forgotten to cancel, that I had only used the service briefly, and that I did not wish to use it for the new period. However, I was told that nothing could be done, and my request was not resolved. I kindly request the immediate cancellation of my CVMaker monthly subscription and a full refund of the last payment of 339.68 Turkish liras charged on 25.05.2025, as I did not intend to renew and have not benefited from the service for this new period. I would appreciate it if my situation could be reconsidered as a gesture of customer satisfaction.
