Cupra Formentor Window Mechanism Fails Repeatedly Despite 5 Service Visits

For about 5 months, I have been dealing with the same chronic issue in my brand-new Cupra Formentor, which I purchased from Doğuş Otomotiv. The front window mechanism fails continuously; both the right and left window mechanisms have been replaced a total of 3 times, yet the exact same error keeps recurring.

During this process, I have brought my vehicle to the service center 5 times. Each time, parts were replaced, but the problem was never resolved and resurfaced shortly after. The only response from the service center and Doğuş Otomotiv has been, "If it breaks again, we'll just fix it under warranty." Even though it has been less than a year since I purchased my car, it ends up in the shop almost every month, leaving me unable to use my vehicle for an average of one week at a time.

The inability to provide a permanent solution despite the repeated occurrences of the same fault, combined with Doğuş Otomotiv's failure to stand behind their product or show adequate concern, causes me severe hardship and completely shatters my trust in the brand.

I believe this recurring fault is no longer acceptable. Because my vehicle is constantly in service and the problem remains unresolved, I demand a vehicle replacement from Doğuş Otomotiv to resolve my grievance.
