2025 Cupra Formentor Window Mechanism Fails Repeatedly Despite 4 Repairs

I have been experiencing an issue with the window mechanism of my brand-new 2025 Cupra Formentor, which I purchased from Avek Otomotiv Karşıyaka, for approximately 7 months. For the past 5 months, this issue has been constantly recurring. Despite the window mechanism being replaced 4 times with the same part, the problem reemerges every month, completely ruining my comfort and sense of confidence in the vehicle.

Even though my vehicle is under warranty, every time I visit the dealership, no clear or permanent solution is offered for the problem. During my service visits, they told me that because the same procedure had already been performed twice, they could no longer take action or assist me. I would like to specifically note that the issue is recorded at the dealership and the entire service history is visible to them.

Due to experiencing the exact same problem repeatedly without any permanent solution being provided, I have lost all enthusiasm for the vehicle, and my trust has been completely shattered. Therefore, I demand from Avek Otomotiv and the relevant distributor that my vehicle be replaced due to the chronic window mechanism defect I have experienced.
