Critical Ops Key Requirement Bug Preventing Free Crate Opening

In the new event that started today in the Critical Ops app, the crates that are supposed to be opened for free on the main screen are showing up as paid for me. I’m playing on an iPhone 7 Plus, and my username is 252877427. When I try to open the crates, I get a “no key” warning, and keys can only be purchased with money. Meanwhile, my friends can open the same event crates for free. I haven’t made any payments, and this is the first time I’ve experienced this issue.

I kindly request that this problem be resolved as soon as possible so that I can open the crates for free as intended.
