I’ve been playing CarX Street for a long time and put a lot of effort into building my progress. But ever since the most recent update, I can’t even open the game on my iPhone 15 Pro. For the past three days, every time I try to launch it, I either get a white screen or a black screen—and nothing else happens. The app never loads. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I’ve spent too much time and possibly money on this game for it to suddenly become unplayable. There’s been no fix, no support, and no communication. I need this issue addressed immediately. Either fix the game or explain what’s going on. We deserve answers—and a functioning game.
